Return & Exchange Policy

At Mugai, we carefully check every garment before it is shipped to you. Since our pieces are thoughtfully made in small quantities, we currently offer exchange only and do not accept returns for refunds.

Exchange

If the size you received does not fit, you can request an exchange for another available size.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags intact.
• Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size.
• If the required size is not available, we will issue a refund for the product amount.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
• Products that have been washed, altered, damaged, or used cannot be accepted for exchange.

Refund

Refunds are provided only when the requested replacement size is unavailable.

Once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
